International Industrial Relation Association NIPM is a Member of the International Industrial Relation Association, Geneva (IIRA) and the Asian Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management(APFHRM) which in turn is affiliated to the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations(WFPMA). Institute of Personnel and Development NIPM also regularly interacts with Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK and Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM), USA. NIPM maintains close contact with International Labour Organisation(ILO), and its area office at New Delhi. Australian Human Resource Institute NIPM has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the Australian Human Resource Institute(AHRI). This MOU aims to assist both professional association to raise their respective profiles through collaborative efforts and strengthen their organizations.
